District officials placed Des Moines used cars employee on paid leave Monday following the May 17 incident, said Twyla Woods, chief of staff for the Des Moines school district. She declined to disclose the details of what happened, saying it was a personnel matter.

Foster contacted the school after watching the video and was told the matter would be dealt with internally. Officials told her they wouldn’t make the outcome of the investigation public, because it is an internal matter, the report said.
